1. Minimum check-in and booking age is 18.
2. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the building. The fire alarm system is very sensitive and there will be a $350 charge if the alarm is triggered due to smoking.
3. Pets are not permitted.
4. There is a late check out fee of $50 for guests who check out after the designated time without approval. This is to ensure that we have the time to have units ready for new guests to arrive. We have our cleaning team pre-scheduled and with just enough time to clean and process laundry.
5. The maximum occupancy per unit must not be exceeded. Visitors are not allowed if the number exceeds the maximum occupancy permitted in the unit per Ohio State Fire Code. An occupancy overage may trigger an immediate eviction without a refund. We do not allow parties or events at our units without written permission.
6. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and watch noise levels, especially in multi-unit buildings with shared walls.
