We do not offer early or late arrival times. Our cleaning team is pre-scheduled to be at the unit between the checkout time and check in time. If guests are not checked-out by the designated check-out time, a $75.00 fee will be assessed for each hour of overage.
Access instructions are sent to you several hours before the designated arrival time. Specific access codes are unique to you and should not be shared with others.
The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Visitors are not allowed if the number exceeds the maximum occupancy of the unit, per State of Ohio fire code.
Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all interior areas. The fire alarm system in the building is sensitive, and if the alarm is triggered due to smoking, a $350.00 fine will be assessed.
Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties or gatherings that may disturb other guests are not allowed and will result in an eviction without a refund.
Guests renting the unit are responsible for any damage caused to the property, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. By booking the unit, you agree to be held liable for damages incurred during the stay.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Guest or their property during their stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or acts of nature.
