• Early arrivals may store luggage at the front desk
• One vehicle may be parked at the hotel; additional vehicles $30 + tax
• Pools and Hot Tub: 8 AM–10 PM, May 8 – October 11
Deposit & Cancellation
• 50% deposit required at booking with payment plan
• Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival
• Cancellations more than 14 days prior refunded minus $50 fee
• Cancellations within 14 days are non‑refundable

Exceptions are not made to the cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance during the booking period. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. Smoking is not permitted on hotel room balconies or patios. Any smoking in the guest room or patio/balcony will result in a $250 fine. The only designated smoking area is in the hotel parking lot, at least 20 feet away from any building or vehicle.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Noise: Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests can be evicted from the hotel without a refund due to excessive noise as determined by a hotel staff member.
• Refunds: Once guests have arrived and checked into the property, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with service or accommodation. Dates of stay changes are also unable to be altered with a refund or adjustment.
